Choosing the right plan
For individuals
Start with Starter to explore Synjar at no cost. Upgrade to Team when you need more documents or want to collaborate with others.
For teams
Team plan works well for small teams with a single focus area. Choose Business if you need multiple workspaces for different projects or departments.
For enterprises
Enterprise gives you the security, compliance, and scalability features needed for large organizations. Contact sales for custom pricing.
Upgrading your plan
- Go to Settings > Billing
- Click Change Plan
- Select your new plan
- Complete payment
Changes apply immediately. Your existing data and settings remain intact.
Prorated billing
When upgrading mid-cycle:
- You're charged the prorated difference
- New limits apply immediately
- Billing date doesn't change
Downgrading
Before downgrading, ensure your usage fits the new plan:
- Workspace count
- Team member count
- Document count
- Storage usage
If you exceed limits, you'll need to remove content before downgrading.
Annual billing
Save 20% with annual billing:

We accept:

All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Billing questions
When am I charged?
You're billed at the start of each billing cycle (monthly or annual). The first charge occurs after your trial ends.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Yes. Go to Settings > Billing > Change Billing Cycle.
How do I update my payment method?
Go to Settings > Billing > Payment Method.
Can I get a receipt?
Invoices are automatically emailed after each payment. Access past invoices in Settings > Billing > Invoices.
What happens if payment fails?
We retry payment for 3 days. You'll receive email notifications. Your access continues during this period. After 3 failed attempts, your workspace is paused until payment succeeds.
