How to cancel your Synjar Cloud subscription and what happens to your data.

Canceling your subscription

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Scroll to Subscription
  3. Click Cancel Subscription
  4. Confirm cancellation

What happens next

Immediate effects

  • Cancellation is scheduled for end of billing period
  • Full access continues until then
  • No prorated refund (you've paid for this period)

At period end

  • Workspace downgrades to Starter (free)
  • Content exceeding Starter limits becomes read-only
  • Team members beyond limit lose access
  • Search links and instruction sets become inactive

After 30 days

  • If no activity, workspace is scheduled for deletion
  • You'll receive warning emails before deletion

Keeping your data

Before canceling:

  1. Export documents - Download your files
  2. Note important content - Search results won't be accessible
  3. Inform team - Members will lose access

Reactivating

Changed your mind? Within the billing period:

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Reactivate Subscription
  3. Your plan continues uninterrupted

After cancellation takes effect:

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Choose a plan
  3. Complete payment
  4. Access is restored

Refund policy

  • 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions
  • No refunds for mid-cycle cancellations
