Payment methods Cloud Only

Manage how you pay for your Synjar Cloud subscription.

Accepted payment methods

  • Credit cards - Visa, Mastercard, American Express
  • Debit cards - Most bank debit cards
  • ACH bank transfer - Business and Enterprise plans
  • Wire transfer - Enterprise plans only

Adding a payment method

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Payment Methods
  3. Click Add Payment Method
  4. Enter card details
  5. Click Save

Your card is verified with a small hold that's immediately released.

Default payment method

One payment method is marked as default. This card is charged for:

  • Monthly/annual subscription
  • Plan upgrades
  • Overages (if applicable)

Changing default

  1. Go to Payment Methods
  2. Find the card you want as default
  3. Click Set as Default

Removing a payment method

  1. Go to Payment Methods
  2. Find the card to remove
  3. Click Remove

You must have at least one valid payment method on file for paid plans.

Card updates

Card expired

  1. Add a new card
  2. Set it as default
  3. Remove the expired card

Card declined

  • Verify card details
  • Check with your bank
  • Add an alternative card

Security

  • Card details are stored by Stripe, not Synjar
  • We never see your full card number
  • All transactions use TLS encryption
  • PCI DSS compliant
