Invoices Cloud Only

Access your billing history and download invoices for accounting.

Viewing invoices

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Invoices
  3. See list of all past charges

Invoice details

Each invoice shows:

  • Invoice number
  • Date
  • Amount
  • Payment status
  • Items included

Downloading invoices

  1. Find the invoice you need
  2. Click Download PDF

Invoices are formatted for accounting and expense reporting.

Invoice email

Invoices are automatically emailed to the workspace owner after each payment.

Changing invoice email

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Billing Email
  3. Enter preferred email address
  4. Save

Adding billing information

For invoices with company details:

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Billing Information
  3. Add:
    • Company name
    • Address
    • VAT/Tax ID (if applicable)
  4. Save

Future invoices include this information.

Invoice statuses
