Multiple workspaces
Use multiple workspaces to organize different knowledge bases or teams.
When to use multiple workspaces

Creating a workspace
- Click the workspace selector (top-left)
- Click Create Workspace
- Enter a name and description
- Click Create
You become the Owner of new workspaces.
Switching workspaces
Click the workspace selector to see all your workspaces and switch between them.
Workspace isolation
Each workspace is completely separate:
- Documents are not shared
- Team members are independent
- Tags are workspace-specific
- Settings are per-workspace
Workspace limits by plan

Managing workspaces
Rename workspace
- Go to Settings > General
- Edit the workspace name
- Save changes
Delete workspace
- Go to Settings > General
- Scroll to Danger Zone
- Click Delete Workspace
- Confirm by typing workspace name

Deleting a workspace permanently removes all documents and data. This cannot be undone.
