Document list and filters

The documents list is the main control center for understanding what is ready for search and instruction sets. Each row shows verification, processing, and purpose badges so you can scan quality at a glance.

What you see in the list​

  • Verification badge: Verified or Unverified
  • Processing badge: Pending, Indexing, Indexed, or Failed
  • Draft indicator when a document has unpublished changes
  • Purpose badge: Knowledge or Instruction
  • Tags (up to two shown, with a "+N" indicator for the rest)

Filter by status​

Use the toolbar filters to narrow the list:

  • Verification: All, Verified, Unverified
  • Processing: All, Pending, Indexing, Indexed, Failed

Filters update the URL, so you can bookmark or share a filtered view. Changing a filter resets pagination to page 1.

Empty filtered state​

If no documents match the filters, the list shows a dedicated empty state. Click Reset filters to clear the active filters and reload the list.

Status meanings​

  • Verified: trusted, used by default in Search and Instruction Sets
  • Unverified: not used by default (can be included in Search)
  • Indexed: processing complete, ready for search
  • Failed: processing error, open the editor to see details
